Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Quart
  Semisweet chocolate squares 3
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large saucepan, heat the milk till just scalding, add chocoalte and cinnamon and stir till the chocolate melts and beat with a rotary beater till smooth
2. In a small bowl, beat eggs, beat it one cup of hot chocolate mixture and beat the rest of the chocolate mix in too
3. Heat it slowly for a minute and beat again till frothy

SERVING
4. Add it to heated mugs or glasses, place a cinnamon stick or a stirrer and serve warm
