Fresh California Salsa

All of these amazing ingredients marry so well together. They compliment any meal but it is especially delicious with homemade nachos. We like it with fish as well, it gives it a special twist!!Make sure to double the recipe, it will go fast!!
  Organic tomatoes 4 Large, diced
  Onion 1⁄2 Large, minced
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Chopped fresh cilantro 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , seeded and minced
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste

1.In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Salt to taste.

I whip this salsa up quickly, quite often any time of the year. It is great as a snack or with a meal. This is a salsa that is very fast to put together and everyone will think that it took you hours to prepare. Excellent with eggs...yum!!!
