1 , stemmed and minced (long slender, one or more)
1 Medium, chopped
Red bell pepper
To Taste, diced
Extra virgin olive oil
1⁄2 Teaspoon (To Taste)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1) In a large nonstick skillet heat oil, cook cayenne peppers, onion, and red bell pepper over moderate heat for 5 minutes till onion is soft.
2) Stir in ground pepper, salt, and water. Boil the mixture and simmer covered for 10 minutes.
3) Pour mixture into a blender or food processor and puree it for 10 to 15 seconds till blended smooth.
