1.Take a 1 quart microwavable casserole and add in onion, pepper, margarine and microwave at high 100% for 2 minutes until onions turn translucent.
2. Now, add in the rest of the ingredients and microwave at medium 50% speed for 4 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes so that heat is evenly distributed.
3. Serve hot.
