Salsa Chowder

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Whole kernel corn 1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
  Low sodium chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned
  Canned low sodium chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Ready To Serve)
  Chunky salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mild chunky salsa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Take a 1 quart microwavable casserole and add in onion, pepper, margarine and microwave at high 100% for 2 minutes until onions turn translucent.
2. Now, add in the rest of the ingredients and microwave at medium 50% speed for 4 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes so that heat is evenly distributed.

SERVING
3. Serve hot.
