Taco Soup With Pork And Beans

Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, finely diced
  Dry taco seasoning 1 Tablespoon (Envelope)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Red cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned kidney beans 15 Ounce, drained
  Canned whole kernel corn 15 Ounce, drained
  Canned pork and beans 15 Ounce
  Canned tomato juice 46 Ounce
  Taco chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed
  Shredded cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In skillet brown beef and onion, drain and place in slow cooker.
2. Stir in taco seasoning, brown sugar, and pepper and mix in beans, corn, pork and beans, and tomato juice well.
3. Cook with cover on Low 4-6 hours.

SERVING
4. To serve garnish individual servings with taco chips, cheese, and dollop of sour cream.
