Taco Soup With Pork And Beans
|Beef||1 Pound, ground|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, finely diced|
|Dry taco seasoning||1 Tablespoon (Envelope)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Red cayenne pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Canned kidney beans||15 Ounce, drained|
|Canned whole kernel corn||15 Ounce, drained|
|Canned pork and beans||15 Ounce|
|Canned tomato juice||46 Ounce|
|Taco chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed|
|Shredded cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In skillet brown beef and onion, drain and place in slow cooker.
2. Stir in taco seasoning, brown sugar, and pepper and mix in beans, corn, pork and beans, and tomato juice well.
3. Cook with cover on Low 4-6 hours.
4. To serve garnish individual servings with taco chips, cheese, and dollop of sour cream.
