Guacamole Salad With Hot Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 , peeled
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Fresh coriander/Ground coriander - 1/2 teaspoon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ripe avocados 2
  Lettuce head 1 Small
  Cilantro sprig 2
  Corn chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chop tomatoes.
2) Halve avocados, pit, and peel them.
3) Dice avocados.

MAKING
4) Transfer tomatoes into a medium bowl.
5) Add lemon juice, onion, coriander, and hot-pepper sauce.
6) Add tomato mixture to it.
7) With a wooden spoon, beat until partly combined with pieces of avocado and tomato remaining.

SERVING
8) Arrange lettuce leaves on 4 individual plates.
9) Spoon guacamole salad and garnish with coriander sprigs.
10) Serve immediately with corn chips.
