|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed with a little|
|Minced beef||8 Ounce|
|Flour||1 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Canned tomatoes||8 Ounce (1 Tin)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned baked beans in tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Tin)|
|Stock/Vegetable cooking water||1⁄4 Pint|
1) In a saucepan heat oil and fry onion and garlic.
2) Brown meat and add flour and mix, add the tomatoes, liquid from the tin, Worcestershire sauce, beans and stock.
3) Cover and boil. Lower the beat and simmer gently for 1 hour.
4) Serve with creamed potato and cauliflower.
