Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed with a little
  Salt To Taste
  Minced beef 8 Ounce
  Flour 1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Canned tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 Tin)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Canned baked beans in tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Tin)
  Stock/Vegetable cooking water 1⁄4 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan heat oil and fry onion and garlic.
2) Brown meat and add flour and mix, add the tomatoes, liquid from the tin, Worcestershire sauce, beans and stock.
3) Cover and boil. Lower the beat and simmer gently for 1 hour.

SERVING
4) Serve with creamed potato and cauliflower.
