Tortilla Wrap Surprise

This recipe is quick and easy to make. You can easily add your own personal touch to this dish. You can serve it as an appetizer before a meal or a healthy snack during the evening. Delicious when served with a homemade salsa for dipping.
Ingredients
  Ezekiel wraps/Brown rice wraps 8
  Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Peppers 1 , chopped (Green, Red, Orange And Yellow)
  Jalapeno pepper 1 Large, minced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Onion 1 Large, diced
  Shredded cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Organic)
  Salsa 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade)
Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Place 4 wraps flat on a cooking sheet.
3.Melt coconut oil in skillet. Stir-fry vegetables until translucent (approx.5-7 min).
4.Divide prepared vegetables on each wrap. Place another wrap on top.
5.Top each wrap with shredded cheese.
6.Place in oven for approximately 10 min.
7.Broil for 5 minutes. Remove and cut into triangles. Serve with salsa if desired.
