Tortilla Wrap Surprise
|Ezekiel wraps/Brown rice wraps||8|
|Coconut oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Peppers||1 , chopped (Green, Red, Orange And Yellow)|
|Jalapeno pepper||1 Large, minced|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Onion||1 Large, diced|
|Shredded cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Organic)|
|Salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade)|
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Place 4 wraps flat on a cooking sheet.
3.Melt coconut oil in skillet. Stir-fry vegetables until translucent (approx.5-7 min).
4.Divide prepared vegetables on each wrap. Place another wrap on top.
5.Top each wrap with shredded cheese.
6.Place in oven for approximately 10 min.
7.Broil for 5 minutes. Remove and cut into triangles. Serve with salsa if desired.
