Vegetarian Chili With Jalapeno Peppers

Ingredients
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Textured vegetable protein 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beans 1 Pound, drained
  Green bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , deseeded and chopped
  Canned italian tomatoes 28 Ounce, diced (1 Can)
  Bay leaf 1
  Dried oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours.

SERVING
3) Serve hot.
