Ingredients
  Onions 2 Large, chopped to make 2 cups
  Bacon drippings/1/4 cup / 1/2 stick butter / margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely diced cooked beef 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked kidney beans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/2 Head)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large skillet, saute the chopped onions in bacon drippings or butter or margarine, stirring frequently.
2) Stir in the beef, salt, chili powder and pepper and saute for 1 minute.
3) Stir in the cooked kidney beans and cook gently for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.

SERVING
4) Spoon into a deep platter, pile the shredded lettuce in center and serve immediately.
