Fiesta Corn Salsa

Ingredients
  Corn 1 Cup (16 tbs), lightly cooked
  Ripe papaya 1 , peeled, seeded, and cut into 1/4-inch dice
  Red onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finley diced
  Ripe plum tomatoes 2 , seeded and finely diced
  Garlic 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Lime zest 1 Tablespoon, finely grated
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cilantro leaves 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, put together all the ingredients except cilantro and mix gently.

FINALISING
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it up to 2 hours.

SERVING
3. Toss cilantro in the mixture.
4. Serve chilled.
