California Style Chicken Nachos

Ingredients
  Chicken breast 1 Cup (16 tbs), grilled, cut julienne
  Fresh cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut chiffonade
  Ripe avocado 1 , peeled, pitted, and chopped
  Oil packed sun-dried tomatoes 8 , drained and cut julienne
  Canned jalapeno chilies 3 Tablespoon, drained and thinly sliced
  Fresh goat cheese 6 Ounce (Chevre, At Room Temperature)
  Blue corn tortilla chips 8 Ounce (1 Bag)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 500° F temperature
2. Separate the corn chips and select 32 whole triangles.
3. Arrange all these on a large baking sheet.

MAKING
1. Spread the cheese evenly over each of the chips
2. Bake 3 minutes evenly

FINALIZING
3.Shift the chips to a warmed platter.

SERVING
4. Garnish chips with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, chilies, and cilantro.
