Mexican Fire With Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Green chili pepper 1 Small, cored, seeded and chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed
  Soured cream 5 Fluid Ounce (150 Milliliter Carton)
  Dried oregano 1 Pinch
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
  Tortilla chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Serve:)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small pan, gently saute the chili and garlic for 2-3 min, set aside to cool.
2) In a bowl, add the soured cream, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper, sauteed chili, garlic and remaining oil; blend well and spoon in to a serving dish.

SERVING
3) Sprinkle with paprika pepper and serve immediately with the tortilla chips.
