Mexican Fire with Tortilla Chips
|Green chili pepper||1 Small, cored, seeded and chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed|
|Soured cream||5 Fluid Ounce (150 Milliliter Carton)|
|Dried oregano||1 Pinch|
|Ground cumin||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
|Tortilla chips||1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Serve:)|
1) In a small pan, gently saute the chili and garlic for 2-3 min, set aside to cool.
2) In a bowl, add the soured cream, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper, sauteed chili, garlic and remaining oil; blend well and spoon in to a serving dish.
3) Sprinkle with paprika pepper and serve immediately with the tortilla chips.
