Fried Chicken With Chili Salsa

Ingredients
  Stewing hens 2 Large
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Seasoned flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Chili salsa 2 Can (20 oz)
Directions

MAKING
1) With a knife cut chicken into bite size pieces.
2) Dip in eggs and rub with flour mixture.
3) In a skillet heat shortening and fry until brown. Place the chicken in a casserole.
4) In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and rub on the chicken.
5) Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
