Mexican Cornbread And Beef Casserole

Recipe combines layers of cornbread and ground beef to make a delicious and filling meal! Big thank you to Lisa for sending in this amazing recipe!
Ingredients
  Beef 1 Pound, ground
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Pepper 2 Medium, chopped
  Sharp cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Jiffy cornbread mix 17 Ounce
  Corn cream can 14 Ounce
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat oven at 360 degrees

MAKING
2.Take a skillet and add beef.
3.Brown this over medium heat and add chopped onions and peppers.Drain excess liquid and set it aside.

FINALIZING
4.Take a bowl and prepare jiffy corn bread mix according to the instructions given on the packet .
5.Add sugar and corn cream to the bowl and mix until well combined
6.Take a 9*13 dish and pour half of the corn bread mixture and spread evenly.
7.Then sprinkle all of the beef mixture and add sharp cheddar cheese on top of it ,finally pour the other half of the beef mixture .Spread evenly on the cheese.
8.Bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes.

SERVING
9.Take out of the oven and serve
