Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  Fresh pineapple 1⁄2 Medium, trimmed and coarsely chopped
  Red bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Jalapeno pepper 1 , seeded and chopped
  Green onions 4 , thinly sliced
  Finely chopped red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl combine and mix all the ingredients well
2. Wrap bowl with cling film and refrigerate to chill

SERVING
3. Serve salsa with assorted crackers or tortilla chips. You can also serve it with your main course.
