Ingredients
  Tomato sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Kidney beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 , diced
  Tomato 1 , diced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), pressed
  Cayenne 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Mineral salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Tortillas/Chapatis 1
  Shredded lettuce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, add water to soak the beans for overnight.

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, boil 4-1/2 C water to cook the beans with onion and tomato, until tender.
3) Sprinkle the seasonings and combine thoroughly.
4) Pour in tomato sauce and lemon juice and mix again.

SERVING
5) To serve, spread some beans on a tortilla or chapatti, place lettuce and sprouts on top and sprinkle with chopped onion.
