|Fresh parsley||3 Ounce (1 Small Bunch)|
|Fresh coriander||3 Ounce (1 Bunch, Cilantro)|
|Green onions||1⁄4 Pound (1 Bunch, The White Parts)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), peeled|
|Green chilies||2 , seeds removed|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
1. Using a vegetable peeler, peel of the pepper skins, halve them and deseed. Chop rest of the ingredients into fine pieces.
2. Take a skillet, heat oil and fry all the finely chopped ingredients for 5 minute to allow the mixture become bright green.
3. Use as required.
