Ingredients
  Cubanelle 4
  Green tomatoes 2
  Fresh parsley 3 Ounce (1 Small Bunch)
  Fresh coriander 3 Ounce (1 Bunch, Cilantro)
  Green onions 1⁄4 Pound (1 Bunch, The White Parts)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), peeled
  Green chilies 2 , seeds removed
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Using a vegetable peeler, peel of the pepper skins, halve them and deseed. Chop rest of the ingredients into fine pieces.
2. Take a skillet, heat oil and fry all the finely chopped ingredients for 5 minute to allow the mixture become bright green.

SERVING
3. Use as required.
