|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|White cornmeal||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Crumbled dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tomato chili sauce||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Mix beef, cornmeal, egg, garlic, onion, and seasonings.
Shape into tiny balls about 1/2 inch in diameter.
Drop into boiling Chili-Tomato Sauce; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
