Ingredients
  Cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unbleached flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 5 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, add the cornmeal, flour,cornstarch and salt; stir in beaten egg, milk, oil, blend well.
2) On a hot girdle, pour the batter to make 4-inch pancake; bake for about 3 min on each side; stack and wrap in oiled paper and foil to refrigerate .

SERVING
3) Serve immediately or when required.
