Mexican Chef Salad

Ingredients
  Ground chuck 1 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and seasoned
  Head of lettuce 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Red kidney beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomatoes 2 Large, chopped
  Avocado 1 Large, diced
  Dorito chips 3 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Bag)
  Mild cheddar cheese 1 Pound, grated (1 Small Package)
  Thousand island dressing 16 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Salt To Taste (For Dressing)
  Pepper To Taste (For Dressing)
Directions

Combine chuck, lettuce, onion, beans, tomatoes, avocado, Dorito chips and cheese.
Toss lightly.
Add Thousand Island dressing and toss again.
Serves 12.
This is good for a late snack with French bread.
