Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 Medium, peeled and finely chopped
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned green chilies 3 Tablespoon, drained and finely chopped
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard seed 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed coriander seed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Cover. Chill several hours or overnight; stir occasionally.
