Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mashed (Large Clove)
  Lard/Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin seed 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water/Bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook onion and garlic in lard until wilted.
Add flour, cook for 1 minute, then add other ingredients.
Simmer for 10 minutes before serving hot.
