|10 inch flour tortillas||6|
|Mild green chili salsa||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Bean sprouts/Alfalfa sprouts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, chopped|
|Avocado||1 , seeded, peeled and chopped|
Wrap tortillas tightly in foil; heat in a 350° oven for 5 to 10 minutes or till heated through.
In a skillet fry eggs in butter or margarine.
Place one egg atop each tor tilla.
Top each with about 1 tablespoon of the salsa, 1/4 cup of the bean or alfalfa sprouts, and some of the tomato and avocado.
Fold sides of tortilla so they overlap atop mixture.
Fold remaining edges toward center to form a square packet .
