Chile Con Queso

Ingredients
  Onion/Onion seasoning to taste 1 Small, chopped or grated
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Velveta cheese 3⁄4 Pound
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine till cheese melts in double boiler.
Add one small can chopped green chiles.
Serve while a bit warm.
