Kahlua and Coffee Sodas
|Whipping cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Kahlua/Coffee liqueur||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sparkling water||16 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Coffee ice cream/Chocolate ice cream||1 Pint|
|Cinnamon stick||4 (3 Inch Long)|
1. In a small chilled mixing bowl beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer on low speed till stiff peaks form.
2. In each of four 8-ounce glasses, pour 1 to 2 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee liqueur. Add 1 tablespoon whipped cream and 2 tablespoons carbonated water; stir till foamy. Add a 1/2-cup scoop of ice cream to each glass. Pour in enough carbonated water to fill glasses. Spoon remaining whipped cream atop each and add a cinnamon stick stirrer.
