MEXICAN RICE

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chilli sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheddar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown rice in hot oil in frying pan.
Season with salt and chilli powder.
Transfer to casserole, and add chilli sauce and grated cheese.
Stir with a fork, cover and heat for about 15 minutes in a moderate oven.
