White Corn Tortillas
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Masa||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Stir boiling water into masa to make a stiff dough.
Let stand for 1 hour.
With damp hands, pat dough into 5-inch round cakes.
They should be as thin as possible.
Bake on greased griddle, turning frequently to cook through thoroughly.
Makes about 12.
