Tortilla De Harina De Trigo
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Lard||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Sift dry ingredients together into mixing bowl.
Cut in lard as when making pie dough.
Add enough water to make a soft dough.
Roll out thinly on floured board.
Cut into 5-inch rounds.
Bake on lightly greased griddle, turning frequently to cook through.
Makes about 16.
