Sausage Filled Tortilla

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄8 Pound
  Tomato 2 Tablespoon, coarsely chopped
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), finely chopped
  Flour tortillas 2 (6 Inch)
  Refried beans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salsa 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Crumble pork sausage into 6 x 4 x 1 1/2" dish [8 x 8 x 2" dish].
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (550 watts) until very little pink remains, 30 to 60 sec [1 1/4 to 1 1/2 min]; break up and drain.
Stir in tomato, chili powder, lemon juice, salt and garlic.
Cover tightly and microwave until hot, 30 to 60 sec [1 1/2 to 2 min]; stir.
Wrap tortillas in very damp cloth and microwave on high (550 watts) until softened, 30 to 45 sec [45 to 60 sec].
Spread 2 tbsp refried beans over each tortilla.
Spoon 2 tbsp sausage mixture onto center; sprinkle with 2 tbsp cheese.
Roll up.
Arrange tortillas, seams sides down, in dish.
Brush tops with oil.
Cover tightly and microwave until hot, 1 1/2 to 2 min [2 1/2 to 3 min].
Spoon salsa over tortillas.
