Chili Con Queso

Ingredients
  Bell peppers 2 Medium
  Tomatoes 2 Medium
  Onions 2 Medium
  Torrido pepper 1 (Canned Green Chili)
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Velveeta cheese 2 Pound
Directions

Dice bell peppers, tomatoes, onions and torrido pepper.
Saute in Wesson oil.
Add chili powder and salt.
Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
Add vegetable mixture.
Stir and serve hot as a dip.
If too highly seasoned, add more cheese
