This is an easy, quick & delicious recipe, my girls love it. Of course another Mexican recipe “sopa de tortilla”.
1 Clove (5 gm)
10 Ounce (1 Bag)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Ancho chile peppers
1. Blend tomatoes, onion & garlic. Boil the tomatoes with the stock about 10 minutes
2. Remove seeds fro the peppers & fry
3. In a bowl add the totopos, pour the hot soup
4. Over the totopos add a tablespoon of sour cream, cheese, avocado, chicharrón & fried pepper
