Mexican Eggs On Tortillas

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Lard 5 Ounce
  Tortillas 6
  Black beans 8 Ounce
  Jam 4 Ounce
  Grated cheese 4 Ounce
  Green beans 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomatoes 6
  Onion 1⁄4 Small
  Habanero 1
  Plantain 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1.Fried the tortillas with the lard, put it over a paper towel
2. Fried platain
3. Fried eggs
4. Boil the tomatoes and blend with onion (this is the salsa). Add oil into a skillet fried the salsa , add the chile for savor
5. Spread the beans over the tortillas, add fried eggs. Pour the salsa, add jam, cheese, green beans over the eggs, pt the plains on the sides
