Slow Cooker Chili Verde

KC Pomering from G-Free Foodie shows you how to make a simple & delicious Slow Cooker Chili Verde.
Ingredients
  Pork roast 3 Pound, cut into 1-1/2" cubes
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium, diced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Enchilada sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Gluten Free)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a crock pot place the onion and garlic.
2. Add in 1 cup of enchilada sauce. Cover, set crock pot to low and cook all day.
3. Add in the remaining sauce and heat through.

SERVING
4. Serve over rice, or in tacos, on a salad, any way you choose. Top with grated cheese or sour cream, if desired.

TIPS
You can start this and cook half the day on higher heat.
