Yummy Tofu Fajitas
|Extra firm tofu||12 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Liquid protein concentrate||1 Tablespoon (Brag'S Aminos)|
|Green bell pepper||1⁄2 , cut in strips|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2 , cut in strips|
|Yellow bell pepper||1⁄2 , cut in strips|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced thin|
|Garlic clove||2 , minced|
|Mild chili powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Cumin||1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground|
|Whole wheat tortillas||8|
1. Take a heated large skillet to brown the tofus with little olive oil.
2. Pour the Bragg's Liquid Aminos over the tofus. Stir the tofus, so that they get properly coated. Transfer the tofus into a large bowl.
3. Use the same skillet over heat to put little bit of olive oil. Into the skillet, add the onions, bell peppers and the ground spices to saute.
4. Add the cooked tofus to the skillet, mix with the vegetable and turn off the heat.
