Farfalle With Spiced Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
  Uncooked farfalle pasta 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Buitoni Brand)
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon (Sasso Brand)
  Tomato ketchup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Maggi Brand)
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Red chilly flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Red peppers 2 , chopped
  Fresh coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)In a deep pan, boil Buitoni Farfalle in salted water as per pack instructions.
2)Remove from heat and drain. Sprinkle 1 tsp Sasso Olive Oil and set aside.
3)Cut tomatoes into and make puree in a blender.
4)In a pan, heat remaining Sasso Olive Oil.
5)Put in add onions, garlic and chilly flakes and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
6)Pour in pureed tomatoes along with Maggi Tomato Ketchup. Simmer for 8 to10 minutes.
7)Season with red pepper and season with salt. Scatter fresh coriander leaves.
8)Let it cook for a minute and remove from heat

FINALIZING
9)Take a dish and pour in the sauce.
10)Add cooked pasta to the sauce, let it soak for 2 minutes.

SERVING
11)Serve hot.
