|Hass avocados||3 , pitted, peeled, and cut into 1/2-inch pieces (Ripe)|
|Kosher salt||To Taste|
|Lime||1 , juiced (Preferably A Mexican Limon)|
|Diced white onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cilantro sprigs||3 , stemmed and chopped|
Place the avocados in a bowl.
Sprinkle with the salt and lime juice; mix gently with the onion and cilantro (don't mash; it should look diced).
