Taco Salad With Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Canned kidney beans 19 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Lettuce head 1 , torn into bite size pieces
  Taco chips 1 Cup (16 tbs), broken
  Tomatoes 2 Large, peeled and chopped coarsely
  Cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Sour cream/Plain yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Brown ground beef and onion 5 minutes on HIGH in plastic colander over microproof casserole.
Discard drippings.
In casserole, along with beef combine kidney beans and seasonings and cook on HIGH 2-3 minutes or to heat through.
Arrange salads on individual plates with lettuce, then taco chips and meat sauce in order.
Pass bowls of tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
