Taco Salad With Sour Cream
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Canned kidney beans||19 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Lettuce head||1 , torn into bite size pieces|
|Taco chips||1 Cup (16 tbs), broken|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, peeled and chopped coarsely|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded|
|Sour cream/Plain yoghurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown ground beef and onion 5 minutes on HIGH in plastic colander over microproof casserole.
In casserole, along with beef combine kidney beans and seasonings and cook on HIGH 2-3 minutes or to heat through.
Arrange salads on individual plates with lettuce, then taco chips and meat sauce in order.
Pass bowls of tomatoes, cheese and sour cream.
