Mexican Pork Chops
|Thick pork chops||6|
|Long grain rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||13 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Taco seasoning mix||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
In large skillet, brown pork chops; season with salt and pepper.
Place in single layer in pan.
Pour rice over the chops.
Mix tomato sauce, water, and taco seasoning.
Carefully pour over chops and rice.
Cover with foil; bake for 1 hour.
Uncover; cover with cheese; bake 15 minutes longer.
