MEXICAN BEAN SPROUTS

Ingredients
  Bean sprouts 1 Pound
  Celery stalks 3
  Green pepper 1 Large
  Onion 1
  Chopped peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil in pan and lightly brown the sliced onion.
Add chopped celery and green pepper, then the bean sprouts and salt.
Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender.
