Steak 'N' Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
  Top sirloin 340 Gram
  Boneless chicken 340 Gram
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Spanish onions 2 , sliced
  Serrano chilies 2 , minced
  Chopped cilantro 60 Milliliter
  Lime juice 80 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 80 Milliliter
  Butter 45 Milliliter
  Sliced green bell pepper 1
  Sliced red bell pepper 1
  Yellow bell pepper 1 , sliced
  Sliced mushrooms 85 Gram
  Salt 15 Milliliter
  Chili powder 15 Milliliter
  Paprika 10 Milliliter
  Onion powder 10 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 10 Milliliter
  Basil leaves 10 Milliliter
  Dry mustard 5 Milliliter
  Cumin 5 Milliliter
  Black pepper 5 Milliliter
  White pepper 5 Milliliter
  Thyme leaves 5 Milliliter
  Tortillas 12 Large
  Sour cream 125 Milliliter
  Salsa sauce 250 Milliliter
Directions

Slice the steak and chicken in thin strips.
Place each in separate mixing bowls.
Cover each with half the onions slices, chilies, cilantro, lemon and lime juice.
Marinate for 4 hours.
Grill meats over medium coals for 2-3 minutes.
In a large skillet, melt the butter and saute the remaining onion, peppers and mushrooms.
Blend the seasonings together and season both the meats and vegetables while they cook.
Place meats and vegetables on very hot serving platters, serve with tortillas, sour cream and salsa so that your guests may construct their own.
Also good with Guacamole Sauce.
