Chicken Filled Tortillas with Tomato Sauce
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onion||1 , minced|
|Canned tomatoes||8 1⁄4 Cup (132 tbs), drained, chopped (1 Cup, 1 Can)|
|Chopped cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|Dried pepper||1 (Hot, Red)|
Fry tortillas in 1 tablespoon of the oil until crisp.
Cook onion in remaining oil for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes; cook for 5 minutes.
Add chicken, heat, and add salt to taste.
Spread on tortillas and fold over.
Top with remaining ingredients, heated together.
