Crispy Sugar Tortillas

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Butter flavored shortening/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix together all dry ingredients; add shortening or margarine and cut into flour mixture until crumbly.
Make a well in center and add water; mix until a soft ball forms.
Knead well.
Divide dough into 30 small balls and let stand 15 minutes.
Roll each ball into a thin circle and cook on hot griddle, turning once or twice.
