Ingredients
  Lima beans 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped peppers 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 3 Tablespoon
  Pepper 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute onions and peppers in oil.
Add rest of the ingredients and simmer until done.
Add a few whole chillies if liked.
