Raw Mexican Rice

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1⁄2 Medium, chopped finely
  Corn 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Scallions 1 Tablespoon, chopped finely
  Tomato 1 Small, chop
  Taco seasoning 1 Tablespoon
  Hemp oil 1 Tablespoon
  Jalapeno 1 Tablespoon, dice
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, blend cauliflower.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine the cauliflower, corn, cilantro, scallions, Tomato, Taco Seasoning, hemp oil and diced jalapeno to taste.

SERVING
2. Serve it as main course along with your meal.
