Mini Mexican Meatballs

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound (500 Gram)
  Taco seasoning mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package, 35 Gram)
  Bottled salsa/Picante sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Combine the ground beef and the taco seasoning mix.
2) Shape the meat mixture into balls of about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2-inch in diameter and place over the rack.
3) Bake as per the directions or until well browned.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately with the salsa or picante sauce.
