Salsa Verde With Tomatillos
|Fresh tomatillos||1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1⁄2 , chopped|
Remove the husks from the tomatillos.
Place in a saucepan, cover with water and simmer about 10 minutes or until soft.
Place in a blender with the remaining ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
If you overblend you will have a frothy mixture.
Dilute with some water if you desire.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
