Jicama Salad

I love Jicama!! This is one of my favourite salads-- super easy, light, fresh & yummy!
Ingredients
  Yellow bell pepper/Red bell pepper 1⁄2 , diced
  Jicama 100 Gram, peeled and diced
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , diced
  Red onion 1⁄2 , diced
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Olive oil spray 1 Dash
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, add in jicama, cucumber, yellow bell pepper and onion. Mix well.
2. Squeeze in the lime over the salad, followed by olive oil spray.
3. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Toss well all the ingredients.

SERVING
4. Serve Jicama Salad with roasted veggies.
