How to Make Homemade Salsa

  Tomatoes/Canned tomatoes 4
  Onion 1⁄10
  Jalapeno 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Cilantro 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Lemon/Lime 1 , juiced
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Cumin To Taste

1. In a food processor, add in the tomatoes and blend for a few minutes.
2. Add in the onion, jalapeno, cilantro, parsley, green onions, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper and cumin. Blend according to the consistency you want.

3. Serve salsa with chia crackers or veggies.
