Corn Tamale Loaf

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chicken broth 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), diced
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Cream style corn 17 Ounce (1 Can)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Olive slices 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

MAKING
2) In a saucepan, saute the garlic and onion until tender.
3) Add and mix well all the ingredients except butter and corn.
4) Grease a 9-inch loaf pan and pour the mixture in it.
5) Set the loaf pan in another pan filled with hot water.
6) Bake the mixture for an hour at 375 degrees or until brown and firm.

FINALIZING
7) In a saucepan, mix and heat the butter and the corn.
8) On a platter, keep the chicken loaf and pour on it the corn mixture.

SERVING
9) Serve the dish garnished with slices of olives and green onion.
